It may come a bit earlier or turned out to be a single day affair, but make no mistake about it: the Philippine Blogging Summit is back for the 12th time, and it was stuffier.
While majority of iBlog11 dwell on the politically-related matters in connection to blogging (since it was held nearly a campaign period before the 2016 general elections), other up-and-coming platforms such as podcasts and the ones involving digital-marketing, iBlog12 deals more with the issues related to security and ethical standards such as data privacy, copyright, and cybercrime law, to name a few.
Expect sets of insightful talks during the day as speakers from various offices will take the podium such as from ACCRA Law, National Privacy Commission, and Privacy Policy Office. Also, online and trad media platforms Interaksyon, GMA Network, ABS-CBN Uniersity and VERA Files will be sharing their part.
Now if any or all of these issues concern you, too, as a blogger, then don't miss this one-day gathering to be held on Friday, 16 September 2016, at the Malcolm Theater in UP College of Law, UP Diliman, Quezon City, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This event is made possible by GMA Network, Travelbook, Payoneer, Lazada Philippines, CheckMeOut PH, and E-Cash Consent.
