September has marked the debut of Jess & Pat's Rooftop Cafe in the business, and they opened the evening with bang as they, together with Docdef Productions, teamed up for a rooftop party titled DISPOSITION.
Hundreds in attendance were delighted not just for the food and ambiance the venue was offering, but also through entertainment mediums of live music and spoken word poetry. Seems everyone was amused that food services were have to be taken slowdown for a while due to the overwhelming number of orders.
Ube, The Bedtime Stories, There's ERA, Neala Medina and Shelly Pasaba serenaded everyone; with soloist Gideon jamming with the former midway through their set.
Also, Risen Collective's Marlo Cabrera and Danielle Nakpil provided some of the #hugot relief through their spoken word performances.
Hey, I must say have to go a long way when it comes to holding events soon; and I'm not saying this on a negative connotation. The chillax windy setting was there, and so were the food, the drink, the stage. But if properly putted up, this one will be one of the go-to places very soon.
