It was a final night of November to remember as Red Ninja Productions staged a double birthday celebration for their photographer John Marcelo and host Patty General in what has been a Bonifacio day-like fashion titled General Marcelo.
With the holiday (and rallies) taking over the metropolitan area, music lovers and friends of celebrants head on to Route 196 for a rocking groovy night featuring performances from Mr. Infinity Blues himself, alongside TheSunManager, Reese Lansangan (and really, I loved the full-band version of Grammar Nazi), Fools and Foes, Lions and Acrobats, Johnoy Danao, and The Espasouls (and I swear: their cover of SWV's Weak is goddamn dope!).
When you got a balanced night of sounds like those witty-lyrical tunes, slowdown acoustics, alternative to heavy rock, and soul rhythm that made everyone dancing to cap the night away? I guess that is how you end a month, too.
