There are so many under-recognized gems in the music scene today; the ones worth the hear even if they seemed to be rarely seen (well, maybe that much). However, this time, let's hear from one of them, who goes by the name of Emilio Fabregas.
The 20-year old Idioterne, Inc. member from Quezon Cioty describes his music as sleepy pop, or the low-energy, lo-fi kind of pop music. And upon hearing his tracks, he reminds me of a very low version of those electric-driven groups like the triphop WOMB and even ASCH. Don't expect to rise up a la slow jamz with this one, but also I don't intend to say it in a negative way.
His instrumental works, though appears to overlap the vocals, but probably means of displaying the submegred chilling effect on work – especially with how wordy the songs he made; and thus, making himself live to the name of the craft he is making. Here's a slower-than-Sunday slow jams. Hey, I'll be posting some of his songs from a timely basis, and hopefully this will be a trend I'll be restarting to do really soon.
Visit the artists on his Soundcloud page.
