After nearly half-a-year from their last bar outing, The Rest Is Noise is back and a return to Route 196 seems a teasing step on what lies ahead for the music event outfit come their biggest shows later this year.
Barely two months from the latest music festival Summer Noise and five months from their podcast launch – their latest bar gig – TRIN has curated another diverse-yet-massive lineup for the coming Saturday: an eight-act show comprised of the indie pop-alternative-rock fix with a mix of electric, hip-hop and even folk to provide a somewhat of edgier-than-usual variety live music fest. Billed performers are Ang Bandang Shirley, ASCH, Lions and Acrobats, Kartell'em, Munimuni, Oh, Flamingo!, Rusty Machines, and Waiian.
Also, the event organizers might spill some details about TRIN's special show with Singapore friends, as well as its biggest show – TRIN yearender offering come November 2018.
The Rest Is Noise 26 happens this Saturday, 8:00 PM, at Route 196 in Katipunan Avenue Extension, Blue Ridge, Quezon City. Door charge is priced at 250 pesos before 9:00 PM, and 300 pesos afterwards – both comes with one free drink. RSVP in their event page on Facebook here.
The Rest Is Noise is a Manila-based music event production co-founded, produced, and curated by Ian Urrutia (Vandals On The Wall) and Mary Christine Galang. Follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.
