Just a week after sealing a deal with Poland, Major League Wrestling has landed another broadcast partnership deal with two major regions: North Africa and the Middle East.
With the signed partnerships, MLW programming will be aired on Wataa Fight Channel, a television network in North Africa and the Middle East that provides fight sports-driven content such as martial arts, MMA, and boxing. Broadcasting will take place this Spring (US time).
"Now more than ever there is a demand for sports content and MLW's distinct combat sport-centered programming is a perfect fit for Wataaa," said MLW CEO Court Bauer. "MLW's global reach continues to grow with this deal putting us in more than 20 countries. We're very excited about introducing the league to more fights fans around the world."
Major League Wrestling's weekly programming is bannered by the flagship program MLW: FUSION. It airs Saturday nights at 9pm ET / 6pm PT on beIN SPORTS in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico and in over 20 countries abroad. The show is also streamed for free every Saturday night at 6:05pm ET on YouTube.com/MajorLeagueWrestling.
