Here's what went down for Lenovo during CES 2021

In over a stretch of few days, tech and inovation giant Lenovo has told a lot of stories to watch out for the year at the Consumer Electronics Show 2021.

Banking through the vision of  redefine meaningful innovation in technologies that have become more essential than ever to the user experience. Initially, Lenovo has predicted  that the next decade will be defined by smarter technology for all and targeted innovations and breakthroughs in a few existing technologies that have become essential today to the user experience – especially that the past year has reframed the concept of innovation is ways that we perceived drastic improvement at first. This shift is a catalyst that will bring about more meaningful innovation that serves more people going forward. 

Some of the highlights for Lenovo during CES 2021 are as follows:

Enhanced Mobility

New devices and softwares were showcased by Lenovo, with its focal point on mpowering users in a new world of flexible workspaces. One item in this batch is the ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga, which is hailed as the thinnest ThinkPad ever. Second, there's also the ThinkPad X12 which combines the features of a high-performance laptop with the flexibility of a 12.3-inch detachable tablet. Completing this group are the Lenovo’s new ThinkBook™ Plus Gen 2 i 2 with e-ink display, ThinkBook 13x i, 2 ThinkBook 14p Gen 2 and ThinkBook 16p Gen 2 are built specifically for mobile professionals in Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and come with the latest software updates to Lenovo Vantage 3, which personalize the user experience further and maintain security on the go.\\

Entertainment, Everywehere

Lenovo's first hurrah of 2021 also promises to give consumers a powerful, connected, and upgraded device that is easy for all family members to use and take them beyond their current reality. All that said, the new Lenovo Tab P11brings a stunning 2K display that lets everyone be entertained for hours – while also being compatible to a pack of tailored productivity tools such as the keyboard pack, Precision Pen 2, and preloaded Microssoft Office apps. Pus, there's also Kids Space from Google that helps young kids learn and have fun. It is also one of just a handful of tablets certified to stream Netflix shows in HD. 

Immersive AI Gaming of the Future

Lenovo's gaming line goes  all out with new futuristic gaming machines that play harder at home with the next-gen performance of the latest gaming laptops and accessories. The growth of video games as a source of social interaction and fun while physically apart has only accelerated during the new normal. 

In lieu with that, Lenovo Legion PCs and accessories are tailored to bning put the smarter and more stylish options in gaming through its new battle-ready lineup that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to auto-enable seamless gaming performance. Highlighted in this group are the more immersive experiences with the world’s first 16-inch QHD 165Hz gaming laptops: the new Lenovo Legion 7 and Lenovo Legion 5 Pro. 

Remote Work Revolution

As most workplaces in the world suddenly shifted full-time into remote working through distributed workforces and hybrid work models, Lenovo  brings the best gagdtes they can offer. Bannering the special line are the the new Lenovo L Series Monitors featuring IPS panels announced include the Lenovo L24i-30 and Lenovo L27e-30. Both look great in a living space and keep eyes feeling fresh with advanced anti-glare and Eye Comfort technology certified by TÜV Rheinland 7 to help minimize blue light and flickering throughout the day.

There's also two new laptops under the Think line in ThinkPad X1 Carbon and X1 Yoga. Both devices possess  the new Dolby Voice capabilities provide exceptional conferencing experiences leveraging spatial audio technology that separates voices and improves speech recognition for voice assistants. Users will also be pleased to experience new Smart Dock solutions and integrate state-of-the-art technologies like blue light filters and noise cancelling capabilities for meetings in the latest line of ThinkBook laptops.

As businesses adapt to new ways of working and hybrid business models, it even more critical that users are equipped with the right technology that allows the opportunity to adjust to any situation.

5G Connectivity

The emergence of 5G has been growing steadily and rapidly in the past few years; and at the advent of being at home wherein family members sharing home Wi-Fi networks at peak hours, it is important to have  a reliable 4G/LTE and 5G cellular connection to enable lightning-fast speeds. 

That said, Lenovo has unveiled the new-portable 14-inch Lenovo IdeaPad 5G, which also poises as one of the mainstream laptops equipped with this technology with a purpose of delivering a truly mobile PC experience at accessible prices. On top of that,  Lenovo’s wide-ranging X1 Portfolio includes the redesigned ThinkPad X1 Carbon and Yoga models with improved user experiences and joined the Fold and Nano edition units to complete a comprehensive 5G-ready premium ThinkPad X1 portfolio. 

Also, Motorola joins Lenovo in the mission to democratize 5G technology and bring blazing-fast 5G connectivity and capabilities with the introduction of the motorola one 5G ace. In addition to superfast 5G speeds, the device shatters user expectations with outstanding battery life, cameras and display quality.

Pushing Innovation Boundaries

It is undeniable that Lenovo has been pushing for innovation for time to time, leading them to deliver products that aim to make lives better. And while they're at it, the top global PC and other tech products vendor has announced a set of exciting new innovations to enhance productivity and transform work at every level, from small businesses to large global enterprises. 

From customized virtual displays to Augmented Reality (AR) assisted workflows and 3D visualization, the ThinkReality A3 new smart glasses for professionals and industrial workers is a comprehensive digital solution offering to deliver intelligent transformation in business and bring smarter technology to more people.

Additionally, Lenovo’s joint venture company in NECPC, has recently launched two stylish products: the ultra-mobile, pocket-sized LAVIE MINI, a new concept convertible PC offering gaming connectivity with accessories, and the lightweight 13-inch LAVIE Pro Mobile laptop with latest Intel CPUs. The new pocket-sized NEC LAVIE MINI convertible PC prototype is one of the smallest form-factors featuring the power and performance of up to 11th Gen Intel Core i7 mobile processor with Intel Iris Xe graphics.
