Get ready to dive into an enjoyable weekend this November 11 and 12! The RUSH Fast Track Bazaar takes you to Paseo de Roxas, Makati (right next to Ayala Triangle Gardens) with over 30 local brands setting up shop to bring interesting pop-up stores. Whether you're craving some on-the-spot munchies, planning to take home a delicious haul, or aiming to impress your squad with thoughtful gifts, the bazaar offers a chance to snag cool finds.
The RUSH Fast Track bazaar offers a wide selection of mouthwatering treats and refreshing sips from different RUSH-powered merchants. Taking the spotlight are three local food brands who graduated top of the class in RUSH’s recent three-month acceleration program.
Iccomo
Joenaz Bayawa and Larry Flor Jr., proprietors of Iccommo, were inspired by their shared passion for coffee to craft unique coffee flavors to cater to their discerning clientele. Their brand name, "Iccomo," refers to a simple yet profound question: "Anong flavor ng Iced COffee MO?" (What flavor is your iced coffee?) This phrase encapsulates their desire to explore and create the quintessential iced coffee experience. Pronounced as "eye-koh-moh," the brand embodies a quest for coffee excellence.
Titan Bird
Titan Bird, aptly named to correspond with the generous proportions of their offerings, aims to please taste buds with an array of double-portion roast chicken rice meals. Conceived by college friends Chris Cokieng and Ralph Timtim, this venture spares no effort in delivering oversized cuts of chicken infused with distinct flavors. Choices include Mediterranean Herb for a refreshing and tangy profile and Nutty Java for a more flavorful bite, served alongside large portions of seasoned rice.
Kape.tea
During the pandemic, Jennadel Abustan and Nesheil Reyes, owners of Kape.tea conceptualized a business that would respond to people’s coffee. Unable to venture out for their coffee fix, the duo harnessed their at-home coffee machine to create and deliver an array of delectable coffee concoctions directly to customers' doorsteps. Since its inception, Kape.tea has expanded to offer a wider range of food options, including egg sandwiches, bokkeumbap, and Thai cuisine.
