Clockenflap, Hong Kong’s biggest international outdoor music and arts festival, has just unveiled this year’s festival site map, as well as a complete list of stages, schedule, attractions and special experiences that fans can enjoy at Central Harbourfront from Friday November 29 to Sunday 1 December, 2024.
In addition to an eclectic lineup packed with must-see international, regional and local acts, Clockenflap will showcase the full, world-class festival experience for which it is famed, including a spectacular outdoor environment featuring six stages, over 24 delicious F&B outlets, an eye-popping array of artistic installations, and a carefully curated collection of family-friendly attractions.
Among this year’s artful highlights are: Futurescope, an experiential attraction from UK art and wellness production company Esthetika that immerses visitors in an ever-changing realm of unique visuals by artists Brandon Li, Derry Ainsworth, William
Markezana, Reilin Joey, Max Hattler and Jay Hofmann-Forster; The Origin, an amazing mobile DJ booth and art installation created by Screw Up Studio and acclaimed local designer Matt Hui Yip Long, with DJ Diamond on board spinning high-energy tunes; the Hello Hong Kong Balloon Chain, an ever-changing, 800m-long sky-high landmark that can be seen from all over the festival site; eye-catching flowing canopies featuring beautiful works of art by Alchemy Décor; and Relentless Melt No.36, a collection of abstract and psychedelic films co-curated by Max Hattler and Clockenflap’s Artistic Director Jay Hofmann-Forster.
FASHION ASIA Hong Kong: 10 Asian Designers To Watch Exhibition FASHION ASIA highlights extraordinary Asian fashion designers, bringing their exceptional creations to Hong Kong, and they’ve partnered with Clockenflap to create a special format for the 8th edition of their ‘10 Asian Designers to Watch’ exhibition. Festivalgoers can experience a sensory fusion of fashion and music at SOUNDSTITCH, which showcases pieces from this year’s winners, and see how fashion and music collide as select Clockenflap artists are styled by featured designers. Attendees can also put on headphones to listen to unique Sound Diaries from each designer, delving deeper into their creative world and sources of inspiration.
Hong Kong Tourism Board Experience: Eat, Play and Discover The Events Capital of Asia
The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) attracts visitors to Hong Kong from around the globe through a diverse array of international events, reinforcing the city’s reputation as a world-class travel destination and The Events Capital of Asia. This year, HKTB has partnered with Clockenflap to create an engaging experience for visitors and locals, inviting them to eat, play and discover Hong Kong through three captivating onsite attractions. Eat, drink and be merry at the Kuuchi Dai Pai Dong, where guests can savour the diverse flavours of Hong Kong’s vibrant culinary scene; interact with the Hello Hong Kong Balloon Chain and capture memorable moments against the stunning backdrop of the Victoria Harbour skyline; and fully immerse yourself in a kaleidoscopic world of art and colour as Futurescope unveils captivating projections of iconic elements that showcase the city’s multifaceted charm.

All cups and food packaging provided at the festival are 100% compostable, and collected by the festival’s recycling partners to generate compost, which is donated to local farms to enrich the soil.
Additionally, the only single-use plastic on sale is recycled rPET water bottles – no virgin plastic will be introduced to the system by the festival. Attendees are encouraged to bring in their own reusable plastic water canister, which they can refill at the free water stations, care of the festival’s partner, Life Solutions, who will also be giving out 10,000 rPET water canisters for free while stocks last!

In the ongoing mission to reduce festival waste to its lowest level ever, Clockenflap is introducing Green Stations and a new, streamlined waste management system with clearly marked Recycle/Compost/Others options.
