FaceApp has recently made waves on the social media feed, entertaining people of different walks and generations through the hashtag “faceappchallenge” in over Facebook and Instagram. One noticeable issue, however, is the security of the facial recognition app and the risks of sharing this information for privacy reasons have also been raised.
