The OTJ: The Missing 8 Experience

There are certain milestones in life which are truly timeless and remarkable – at least, for one’s personal satisfaction. For some, seeing their name published in any publication is already a mark; others who would be featured in a still photograph is another; and for select people, getting credited in a project – be it a full movie, music video, or a TV or radio program – is already like a stamp that can’t be erased from their memory.

Hey, can I utter more words, aside from the fact that its trailer did not disappoint me at all? (Seriously, I saw several of them since late 2014.)

Flick Review: Metro Manila

Noir poetry is on the roll, and one of its biggest fruits was the movie known as “Metro Manila.” Nah, we should not be wondering on why the metropolitan has always been the subject of this type of artwork. Seems like poverty porn has always been a part of our cultural identity, eh?
