Taylor Swift topped the winners list at the 2024 MTV EMAs, scoring trophies across “Best Video” with Fortnight (feat. Post Malone), plus “Best Artist,” “Best Live,” and “Best US Act.” Closely following was MTV EMAs newcomer Tyla, who scooped her first ever MTV EMAs for “Best Afrobeats,” “Best R&B” and “Best African Act.”

The rumours are true: MTV today confirmed that Rita Ora will host the 2024 MTV EMAs. Returning to the MTV EMA stage to a packed-out audience at Manchester’s Co-op Live on Sunday, November 10, critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter Ora will soon become the show’s first three-time host.

MTV revealed nominations for the 2024 MTV EMAs. Taylor Swift leads the pack with seven nods, including “Best Artist,” “Best Video,” “Best Pop” and “Biggest Fans.” Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Charli xcx and Sabrina Carpenter all scored five nominations each, appearing in categories such as “Best Song,” “Best Video” and “Best Artist.” Closely following with four nominations each are Ayra Starr, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, LISA, plus first-time nominees Chappell Roan and Tyla.

Ben&Ben is nominated for best Southeast Asian act at 2020 MTV EMA!

More than just being a breakthrough act in the Philippine music scene for half-a-decade, Ben&Ben continues to make waves in the international scene since joining major label Sony Music Philippines. Recently, the nine-piece folk-pop collective has joined the list of nominated artists for the 2020 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA).
