The young kid was also known for being the group's rhythm guitarist – and perhaps the second (if not first) most popular guy among the quartet aside from lead guitar player Blaster Silonga.

It is barely three weeks since we have last seen one of the shocking moments in WWE this year. Just when we thought of Seth Rollins' return, Zack Ryder's WrestleMania moment, AJ Styles's Royal Rumble cameo, or a double cross by Triple H as the top moments that had made us talking, we were wrong.

It was at the 20th of November, during the 30th annual Survivor Series, we had a main event that was shorter than what we even expect from those kickoff matches. Bill Goldberg defeated Brock Lesnar not only in absolute dominating fashion, but in an instant as well.

Heck, not even a quarter of the time they hyped this shit at all.

Sa aking pagmamamasid, isa rin ito sa mga pinutakte sa YouTube. Dumami ang mga nagpost ng hate comment sa host at sa palabas na ‘to mismo. Ano ‘to, hindi sila sang-ayon sa puntong nilabas ng naturang video o hindi lang nila kayang umamin sa mga katangahang nagagawa nila?

I used to work for a piece which I labelled as “Worthy freebies,” a blog post that tackled my personal choice of programs at the Philippine TV by some time last year. However, I did not finish writing it due to a lot of factors, including the sudden demise of some programs that I am patronizing and also, I lost my interest in watching TV.

I used to be a fan of this television program titled BITAG Live during my days of being a college freshman. At first, it airs around 9-10:30 in the morning at UNTV 37, then after a few years it was moved at an earlier timeslot of 7:30-9AM. Since then, my morning will never be complete if I missed an episode of it.

Yeah, I even managed to own a cellular phone unit that has a TV on it, just to watch this program.

The This-Is-a-Crazy-Planets Experience.

Yes, the title is right even if you argue that there’s something wrong with its last word. There’s a story behind that so make sure you at least reads that (or much better get a copy) before you make any prejudgments per se.

I was once curious on what the hell this book is all about when I first saw the post related to this book on a Facebook page.

Until one fateful day on January 2012, as I passed by at the National Book Store’s Superstore branch in Cubao Quezon City, Lourd’s book is something I noticed the most at one of its stands. Without thinking twice, I bought the copy.

I came home and ended up reading the entire piece in almost the entire day then.

“This is a Crazy Planets” is apparently a book of selected blog posts of the Radioactive Sago Project frontman-slash-TV personality Lourd Ernest H. de Veyra, all of his compiled write-ups can be seen at the website spot.ph dated 2009 to 2011.

As I read the book, few things come into my mind: it’s like… uhm, unexpectedly my imagination runs as if I’m visualizing that every single word that my mind utters, the Lourd speaks as if he’s on another Word Of The Lourd episode airing on either TV5 or YouTube.

Papasadahan ko lang ito. Nag-alburoto na naman ang halos lahat ng netizens ng Pilipinas noong lumabas ang video ng isang nagngagalang Jimmy Sieczka. Ang ginawa lang naman ni Sieczka ay “20 things I dislike about the Philippines.” Isa sa dalawang bersyon niya ng mga feature na palbas ukol sa Pilipinas (ang isa naman ay 20 things I like about the Phiilippines.)At dahil nga umani ito ng sari-sari pero madalas ay negatibong remarks sa internet, halos i-kunsidera na ng isang konsehal ng Cebu City bilang “persona non grata.” Pero hindi nito itinuloy at sa halip, humingi ito ng paumanhin ang taong ni Sieczka via sa kanyang video sa Channelfix.

Bagamat marami ang tumuligsa sa taong ito, marami rin naman ang nakakaintindi. Marami nga naman ang dapat ayusin sa bansang ito. Hindi naman pwede sa lahat ng oras ay maganda lang ang nakikita natin. Kung may pangit dyan, ano? Magbubulag-bulagan tayo? E ba’t pa tayo nanonood ng mga balita kung ganun din naman e, marami rin naming negatibong pangyayayri dun?At ito pa, dapat nasa lugar ang ating “pride” bilang mga Filipino.
